Watercolors with the Masters 3: Watercolor on the move

Before the age of the IPhone, believe it or not, people used to take pictures with cameras that could not be also used to call home to ask your parents for more money and extend your stay in Greece for another week, and take more pictures. But even before that, legend has it, that travelers were actually “making” their own images using a pencil, paper, a brush and watercolor paint: incredible!.

This 6-week watercolor landscape course is dedicated to copy land scape paintings that various artists created when traveling around the world looking for inspiration, finding an artistic voice, studying other cultures, on a a voyage of self-discovery or simply when they were going out to spend an afternoon painting “en plein air”.

We will practice a variety of watercolor techniques and styles of various artists and from various historical periods. The perfect course to refine your watercolor skills, develop your own personal style and prepare for painting in plein air or when traveling.
