PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS - A deposit of 200$ is required upon registration. This deposit confirms your reservation and your acceptance of these terms and conditions and will constitute a contract between yourself and New Renaissance Atelier. Your full balance is due by April 30, 2024.
CANCELLATION REFUNDS - Cancel before May 10th: 95% refund Cancel before May 20th: 70% refund Cancel before May 30th: 50% refund After May 30th: all payments are non-refundable. All financial transaction fees made at the time of payment are non-refundable. Refund transaction fees will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES - Hotel Check-in is at 2pm. If you will be arriving earlier, we will provide a place to leave your luggage until your apartment is ready. Hotel Checkout is at 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
LIABILITY - The owners and employees of New Renaissance Atelier shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the workshop participants. New Renaissance Atelier assumes no liability for any loss, damage, expense, injury, or inconvenience by reason of any defects in the structure of the property, plumbing, electric system, gas, water, or failures in the supply of utilities for either the studio facilities or housing. For any loss or damage to the studio or housing facilities or fixtures/fittings caused by workshop participants, the cost of repair or replacement will be paid by the participants to the owners of the accommodations and/or studio facilities.
CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTIONS - We reserve the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient registration. Participants will be notified of cancellations by the registration deadline as outlined in Dates and Deadlines. A full refund will be made in the case of cancellation.
MISADVENTURE - We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage you may suffer during the period of your course due to accident, illness, bodily injury, or loss of equipment, of belongings, or from any other case.
INSURANCE - Insurance will be provided to participants to the workshop, as it is included in the cost of the tuition.
TELEPHONES - Participants in the workshops are required to have a functioning cell phone while attending the workshops.
