Watercolor with the Masters Fall 2023

This tree online sessions watercolor course is dedicated to studying the techniques of Master watercolorists such as John Singer Sargent, Andrew Wyeth, William Turner.

Each 3-hour session will be dedicated to studying and copying a painting by one of these superb masters.

When doing a Master copy, we can appreciate so much more in depth an artwork, discovering details that are usually not easily accessible or noticeable, gaining an insight in the technique, the artistic approach, the aesthetics of the artist that created the artwork.

Our painting technique can greatly benefit from master copies, expanding our technical range by practicing a variety of painting methods, tackling new subjects and appreciating the Art history of the period when these works were created.
